The Breathtaking Underwater Experience!

Summer is one of the most exciting part of the year because it serves as a break for all the school works and stress given to me but aside from that every summer I’m always looking forward to the tradition of my family and that is to try and explore new places and I must say that my 2017 vacation is the most enjoyed and wonderful summer when we explored MANILA OCEAN PARK.

Last May 11, 2017 my family and I travel from Naga City to Manila for the unforgettable experience which offered by Manila Ocean Park.

An integrated urban resort with marine life attractions and aqua-themed hotel, the park is geared towards an all-year, all-weather destination for locals and tourists. Everyday is a holiday and an ultimate fun place for all ages.

HOTEL H20

When we arrived we find a place where we can take a break after a long ride and Hotel H20 is the perfect hotel to stay because its already inside of Manila Ocean Park which is more convenient and I admire the unique ambiance of the place and the very welcoming staffs.

ATTRACTIONS

Manila Ocean Park has a lot to offer not only the 14,000 variety of marine creatures but also the unique and wild animals such as birds, snakes, etc.

Oceanarium

Oceanarium was my favorite attraction because of its incredible structure. Its like a tunnel which exhibit the different kinds of fish, sharks and stingrays.

Jellies Exhibit

I enjoyed the beauty of dancing sea fairies because of its mesmerizing neon colors which accompanied by music.

Fish Spa

Have a relaxing moment as doctor fishes nibble dead skin cells from your tired feet. All you have to do is to sit back and have fun with these therapeutic fishes as they feast on your toes.

Birdhouse

It’s fun to be surrounded by hundreds of colorful birds and watch them play and fly around you.

Birds of Prey Kingdom

The attraction gave me a chance to encounter the (Haliastur indus), locally known as Lawin in Tagalog and other kinds of birds. They also provided a remarkable “ALL STAR BIRD SHOW” where we watch the intelligent macaws, cockatoos and eagles.

Sharks and Rays Encounter

An exciting attraction that allows us to touch stingrays but expect that it will left your hands with a stench or bad smell.

World of Creepy Crawlies

For me this is the most knowledgeable attraction because they provided an information to every creatures likeinsects, worms, spiders, bugs, frogs

Supertoy Collection

Kids and the kids at heart will surely enjoy the picture perfect and interactive Super Zones of this attraction.

Trails to Antarctica Christmas Village

By the attraction we experienced the snow and the early Christmas when we walk through the festive Christmas Village

Sea Lion Show

Lastly we watched the adorable sea lions of South America. We are totally amazed by their performance which showcased their special skills.

Sadly we did not able to see the other attractions because we are all exhausted by the long walk and we just decided to go back to hotel but here are the other attractions that you can visit:

  • Trails to Antarctica Penguin Exhibit: Walk through an exhibit where you can learn more about the frozen continent, see live Humboldt penguins in the Penguin Exhibit.
  • Barnyard: You can interact with little creatures like rats, hamsters, rabbits, and chickens.
  • Penguin Talk Show: You may xperience a real-time digital puppetry in a theater setting at the Penguin Talk Show
  • Back of the House: See the “scientific core” of the Oceanarium’s operations
  • Neon Ride: Ride quirky pedal cars which are lit up at night with LED lights while you sing along to your favorite songs

Manila Ocean Park Souvenir Shop

You can grab some cute stuffed toys, headbands and shirts which are perfect for souvenirs.

For me Manila Ocean Park is one of the best theme park in our country because of its amazing designs and facilities. It also has a lot to offer a comfortable accommodation, attractions and different kinds of wonderful creatures that will surprise you by their appearance and sizes . I will proudly to recommend Manila Ocean Park because its a place where you can have fun while learning something.
